Reculver is situated between Herne Bay and Birchington on the North East Kent coast. The area is steeped in history dating back to the Roman times and, when the day trippers are gone, is a great photographic and atmospheric location. I had been meaning to visit Reculver for ages but today spare time coincided with the right weather, tide and sun direction. This location is a 'must visit' for any photographer in the south-east.
